About UsTranslation Services - the online brand for Prestige NetworkSince our establishment back in 1991, we quickly realised that the key to being a successful translation company lay with our translators. We like to maintain an 'open door' attitude with our linguists, keeping a close eye on their needs, availability and skill development. Knowing our linguists well puts us in a great position to offer the best service possible to our clients. It's an ethos we have stuck to from the very beginning. Sibling partnership Shohreh and Shameem Khorassani founded Prestige Network in April of 1991. Shohreh is a Business Studies graduate of Leeds University, whilst Shameem, or Shawn as he is better known, holds a degree in Control and Systems Engineering which he studied for at Huddersfield University. In the last 19 years, Shohreh and Shawn have taken the company from its beginnings; supplying multilingual software, to becoming a major Language Services contractor. Our customers now range from Government departments to Legal firms to large Communications corporations. In 2006, Prestige Network were named 'Best Trading Partner' by independent business performance analysts Plimsoll. Our reputation for providing high quality, adaptable language services has seen us establish and maintain a prominent position within the industry. In 2009 Prestige won a prestigious RBS Business Management Team of the Year Award having already been recognised in the 2008 Thames Valley Small Business Awards. Today, we employ 5,000 linguists, located across the UK, able to translate to and from over 200 separate languages and dialects. As we move towards the future together, focusing upon the new and exciting challenges ahead, we are continually looking at ways to improve our services. Our high standards are testament to our drive towards integration and excellence, with our lead taken from our ever diversifying world.
